The Esko Kongsberg BLD-SR8124 C2 coated blade is designed for cutting plastic corrugated materials. It uses a thin tungsten steel coating technology to reduce friction by 60%, reduce power consumption and improve production efficiency. The C2 coating can extend the life of the blade by 6 times, and is biocompatible and environmentally friendly, making it very suitable for industries such as labeling and packaging.

Description

Good blade for cutting different plastic corrugated materials. The nominal lag value is 4mm. C2 coated for a longer lifetime.

Specifications

The Tungsten carbide thin coating provides a super hard, smooth surface with 60% reduced friction. This means less lift and pull when milling, ensuring less power consumption. It increases therefore productivity for sign applications. The coating extends x6 the lifetime of the product, it’s biocompatible and harmless for the environment.
