Ruida Precision Tools (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is one of the professional blade manufacturers in China. It is located in Shenzhen, the economic center of China, with convenient transportation and a beautiful environment.
The company was established over ten years ago and specializes in designing, manufacturing, and selling various industrial and mechanical blades, knives and cutting tools, punching drills, spotting drills, and milling cutters. The factory covers an area of nearly four thousand square meters and has more than one hundred employees. Ruida has experienced engineers, quality departments, and a complete production system, including stamping, heat treatment, milling, grinding, and polishing workshops.
We manufacture tungsten carbide tools and blades for paper, metal, film and foil, textiles, corrugated board, PCB, plastics, wood, asbestos, processing, cloth, fiber, rubber, printing, packaging, tobacco, non-woven fabrics, pipes and pipes, binding and many other industries.

1. Material selection
Tungsten-cobalt cemented carbide is generally used as the main material for cemented carbide blades, followed by tungsten-cobalt tungstate cemented carbide and tungsten-titanium carbide cemented carbide. Among them, tungsten-cobalt tungstate cemented carbide has excellent wear resistance and high temperature performance, so it is widely used in casting, high-speed cutting and other process fields.
2. Formula formulation
The formulation of cemented carbide blades is an important part of the production process, which directly affects the quality and performance of cemented carbide blades. Generally, the formula needs to be determined based on factors such as the working environment, cutting materials and cutting speed to ensure that the cemented carbide blades have high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
3. Preparation process
The main process flow of cemented carbide blade preparation includes mixing and powdering, molding, drying, sintering and processing.
1. Mixing and powdering: First, mix the powders of tungsten-cobalt alloy and other doping elements evenly, generally using dry mixing or wet mixing.
2. Molding: Press the mixed powder into a fixed-shaped blade blank, generally using cold pressing or injection molding.
3. Drying: Put the formed blade blank into an oven and heat treat it under high temperature and high pressure to eliminate moisture and other impurities in the blade blank.
4. Sintering: Put the dried blade blank into a heat treatment furnace for sintering to form a hard cemented carbide blade.
5. Processing: The sintered cemented carbide blade is machined and ground to meet different processing requirements and working environments.
4. Quality inspection
After the cemented carbide blade is made, quality inspection is required to ensure that the performance of the cemented carbide blade meets the requirements. It mainly includes testing the composition, structure, hardness, wear resistance and other indicators of the blade.
